Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 13 August 2026
Applies to the paid extended report once payments launch; published now for transparency and payment-provider requirements. The free test requires no payment — nothing on this site costs anything today.
1. What you buy
The paid product is a one-time purchase of an extended written ZESUI report (a digital document generated from your completed test), delivered by email / download link after successful payment.
2. Delivery
The report is generated and delivered promptly after payment confirmation — normally within minutes.
3. Right of withdrawal for digital content
By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content. Under EU and Serbian consumer rules, once digital content has been delivered with your prior express consent, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to that delivery. You will be asked to acknowledge this at checkout.
4. When you DO get your money back
We will refund the full amount if: the report was not delivered (and we cannot deliver it after you contact us), the delivered file is defective or incomplete and we cannot correct it, or you were charged more than the displayed price. Duplicate payments are always refunded.
5. How to claim
Write to contact@zesuiprofiles.com within 14 days of purchase, with the email used at checkout and (if you have it) the payment reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval.
6. Complaints
Consumers in Serbia may also file a complaint (reklamacija) under the Law on Consumer Protection to the same address; we respond within the legal deadline (8 days) and resolve accepted complaints within 15 days.
