Privacy Policy

This website (zesuiprofiles.com) is operated by Kristina Brajović Car Blagojević PR “Zona razvoja bez skripta”, Belgrade, Serbia (registration no. 65684101, tax ID 111819908), which is the data controller. It offers the ZESUI personality inventory: you answer 62 questions and receive a written profile. We designed the site to work without an account and without you having to tell us who you are.

• Your answers (62 ratings) and computed scores. Stored under a random session identifier (UUID) that contains nothing about you. Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (showing you your results).
• Optional demographic details, namely gender, if you choose to answer that question. You can skip it; the test works the same. Legal basis: consent.
• Your email address, but only if you give it. Used to send you your results link and, if you tick the separate box, occasional updates about ZESUI. Stored separately from your answers so it can be deleted independently. Legal basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Interface language and basic technical data needed to run the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention and operation of the service).
• Research participation is possible only with your explicit, separate consent (see the Research Consent notice below). If you do not consent, your answers are never included in any research dataset. Declining changes nothing about your results.

No advertising cookies, no trackers, no selling or sharing of data with advertisers, no profiling beyond the test results you asked for, no accounts, no passwords.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage to save your test progress on your device, and a single functional cookie to remember your language choice. Neither identifies you.

Data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored with an EU-based database provider (Supabase), with access limited to what the service needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect so little about you that the risk is structurally small: your answers are not linked to your name, and your email, if you gave it, is stored separately from them.

Answers and scores are stored in a database (Supabase) hosted in the European Union. The website itself is served by a hosting provider (Vercel) and transactional email is delivered by an email provider (Resend); these providers act as our processors under data-processing agreements. A full list of processors is available on request. Our website host and email provider may process limited technical and delivery data (such as server logs) outside the EEA under standard contractual safeguards; the test data itself is stored in the EU. Your test answers and computed results are not sent to these providers for storage outside the EU; any processing outside the EEA concerns only limited technical and delivery data.

Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operation. These logs are kept short-term, are not linked to your answers, and are never part of any research dataset. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention and operation of the service).

Answers (not linked to your name or email) and scores are kept for research and service continuity. Email addresses are kept for up to 24 months after your last activity, then deleted. You can request deletion of anything, at any time, sooner.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to privacy@zesuiprofiles.com from the address you used (or with your results link, so we can find your session). We respond within 30 days. Deletion works like this: we erase your email address, anything that could identify you, and your answers. If you explicitly prefer, we can instead keep your answers in a form linked to nothing that identifies you. If you have neither an email on file nor your results link, we cannot locate your session. In that case, clear your browser data to remove what is stored on your device. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority (in Serbia: Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti).

This site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process data of minors; if you believe a minor has used the site, contact us and we will delete the session.

The ZESUI profile is a self-reflection tool based on Transactional Analysis. It is not a psychological diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a substitute for professional help.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
